Molinar Home Design more than doubled the size of this existing 1950s home in a desirable downtown Danville location.
The front elevation maintained much of the original small-town Danville feel and belies the large open spaces designed at the interior with 10’ ceilings. Complete redo of the interior by creating an extra-large Great room that includes double islands at the kitchen, a large living room with 10’-8” coffered ceiling, and large dining area set strategically.
We opened this home up to the large backyard design with outdoor living and hosting spaces, and created a new large primary suite set to take full advantage of the area.
